libenca-dbg software package provides Extremely Naive Charset Analyser - debug files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libenca-dbg
libenca-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libenca-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libenca-dbg *
You will get with libenca-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
